Transit, Handling, Order Cut-Off Time, and Delivery Time
Order Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day.
Transit Time: Shipping time varies based on location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Delivery Terms
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may leave a notice or attempt re-delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be available on eligible orders.
Customer Responsibility for Incorrect OrdersCustomers must review their order details before confirming. If an error is found, contact us immediately at support@neextstep.com.
Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, Neextstep is not responsible for non-delivery.
If the package is returned due to incorrect details, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Change of AddressIf you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Address changes after processing are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking SystemOnce your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your package through our website or the courier’s tracking system.
Wrong Address
If the shipping address is incorrect and the package is undelivered, we are not responsible for losses.
If returned, the customer must cover re-shipping fees.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once the order is processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Parcels Damaged in TransitIf you receive a damaged package:
Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
Taxes
Sales tax is applied where required by law.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
